About The Episode

We will begin to stabilize and strengthen our deepest center muscles in an effort to minimize hip issues. In this workout, we will focus on strengthening our shoulder girdle muscles, Gluteus Medius, and the cross lateral connection from our arms and legs with exercises such as watchdog and the Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) patterns of the hips, and learn some great stretches for the hip muscles. Let’s begin!
